All vehicles entering the car parking premises are subject to these conditions. If you do not accept the Terms you and any vehicle in which you entered (the vehicle) must immediately leave the car parking premises. If you can not turn around then you may enter the car park but you must exit immediately.
These terms and conditions contain important information and they specify the matters for which Looking4Parking do not accept responsibility or liability.
You must pay Looking4Parking all parking fees and other associated costs incurred in relation to the vehicle upon demand for your vehicle to be parked in this car park.
No refunds will apply to early returns. Change of any plans must be notified to our office.
Without limiting any of Looking4Parking’s other rights, Looking4Parking shall have a lien over the vehicle and be entitled to keep the vehicle until these conditions are satisfied and all money owing to Looking4Parking have been paid by you or your company.
You must not park your vehicle so as to obstruct or permit the obstruction of the free passage to, or the use of, this car park. Looking4Parking reserve the right to remove any obstructing vehicle. Looking4Parking will not be liable for any damage to your vehicle, persons or property
by such removal. You will immediately pay to Looking4Parking any costs Looking4Parking incur in connection with such removal.
You authorise Looking4Parking to charge your credit card for any payments that are due and owing to Looking4Parking by you under the Contract.
Looking4Parking may at its discretion revoke its authority for you to use this car park at any time.
While Looking4Parking use reasonable endeavors to ensure that car parks are secure, Looking4Parking do not guarantee that they are a secure environment.
Looking4Parking may deliver the vehicle to any person producing the Looking4Parking Vehicle Claim Discount Document or such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to take possession of the vehicle, as Looking4Parking in its sole discretion deems satisfactory.
Looking4Parking is not responsible to you if the Looking4Parking Vehicle Claim Document or evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle is produced by a person other than you.
Looking4Parking requires the keys or access codes for your vehicle in order to drive or move the vehicle left in the Car Parking Premises for safety or operational purposes.
Entry into and use onto the Looking4Parking Car Park is at your own risk and this includes personal belongings left in the vehicle. This in the absence of any negligence or breach of the law by Looking4Parking.
Under no circumstances is Looking4Parking liable to you for any loss or profits or indirect or consequential loss. Furthermore Looking4Parking will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which is caused by any act or omission by you or any other person.
To the extent permitted by law, Looking4Parking limits its liability for any warranty, guarantee, or condition that is implied to these terms and conditions by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (or any replacement Act) (“the Act”) to the remedies available in the Act, in particular, the cost of supplying the services again to you or the cost of having the services supplied again.
If any of the conditions noted here are illegal or not enforceable, the offending condition or part of the condition shall be read down to the extent necessary to give it legal effect or, if not able to be read down, be of no effect and this does not affect the validity of remaining conditions.
No modifications, variations or amendment of these conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both you and the Managing Director of Looking4Parking.
You agree to indemnify Looking4Parking against any loss or damage we may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.
You must leave an appropriate amount of time to reach the terminal buildings from the car park. You should factor in time to find a space, taking into account that the car park may be busy, particularly at peak times, get your luggage out of the car, lock the car, walk to the relevant courtesy shuttle bus and the shuttle journey to the airport and walk to the terminal. We do not accept responsibility if you miss your flight or your airline check-in has closed because you have not left enough time to get into the car park and then from the car park to the terminal.
You release and indemnify Looking4Parking from any claim against Looking4Parking or expense incurred by Looking4Parking arising from your use of the car park or from Looking4Parking removing your vehicle from it.
Looking4Parking hold all information Looking4Parking obtain about you pursuant the Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988.
Information is collected for the purpose of carrying out the Contract or enforcing our rights under the Contract.
